Not only did he inspect and bid the roof quickly, he provided detailed documentation, and had a great price for our roof. The cost was lower than other bids, which had a lower quality shingle, and a shorter warranty for the roof. Top Most Roofing had the roof completed within 5 days of the agreement, and they also repaired the gutters with new gutter guards. They also send you pictures of the work in progress, as well as final pictures. Brian is extremely easy to work with, and very professional. I definitely recommend going through them for all roof, gutter, siding work. read less
